The Words We Speak
The biggest mistake we can sometimes make is believing that our words have no value to others. Words are a powerful force, and they can have a great impact on people both positive and negative. The words we speak have the ability to humiliate, hurt, harm, heal, help, and humble. The Words We Speak is on a mission to help others recognize the value and power of the words they choose and the emotional imprint they leave behind.
The concept for THE WORDS WE SPEAK is a traveling installation for artwork inspired by anti-bullying and the impact of harmful words. This would be a large-scale but temporary installation that could be set up in youth centers and schools for grades six through twelve. The design for this installation would be created by using a 3D anaglyph method with the main visual element being typography.

Additionally, this installation would also include lighting and sound. Spectators would walk through this sensory-rich environment wearing 3D glasses in order to fully engage with the unified experience that has been created. Because of our target demographic, it is important that THE WORDS WE SPEAK have an online presence that includes a social media campaign this is why I have created a social media carousel for this mission as well.
THE WORDS WE SPEAK is on a mission to help others recognize the value and power of the words they choose and the emotional imprint they leave behind. The core objective behind this project is to establish the importance of empathy towards others and promote the practice of compassion in how we speak and act as a society.
